This month, 2 years ago...

These are some pictures I took when I was in london around this time two years ago.. the first one is me and "sam" in a pub in london - I first met sam with my brother at a youth hostel in Italy, he took us to this Awesome italian resturaunt where I had the best pizza in my life.. (my brother tried finding the place another time but it was no-where to be found) when i went to london later on, I met up with the guy a few times - really cool and interesting aussie guy, working in london - overseas you meet lots of really interesting people with different perspectives.. I miss that sometimes, although you do bump into interesting people back home too, but when u are travelling you seem to meet so many more people..

the second pic is a bike i was riding and one of the parks i was riding around... I used to take the bike for rides during the day to stay fit and active - I wasnt working in london and didnt really have much to do, so id go for a bike ride and check out the museums and skate around the city a bit..

The third pic is a bit of a 'composition' thing .... wheelchair, skateboard.. yeah u know..

I like ta Move it, Move it..

Ok well.. actually I don't particularly like to "move it, move it".. but it sounded good as a headline..

..Over the weekend I moved house, this is a picture I took of my previous room, half way through moving.. the corner in the picture is where my bed was in the house.

I've moved into a place in karryinup, which is close to the top of a hill so it has some pretty awesome views.. I tried taking a photo of all the lights I can see at night, but you cant really see anything so you'll just have to take my word for it.. I really like living in places with a bit of a view.. the mt hawthorn place was cool because I could sit out the front and eat breakfast on the porch.. and see across the urban valley.. now I can sit out the back in the morning and catch a glimpse of the ocean (scarborough). I'm living in the new place by myself for the time being and will be looking for a room-mate to move in sometime soon..

1 motorbike down, 2 cars to go..
It seems recently that all my vehicles seem to be falling apart - I took my 4x4 to the mechanic on friday and picked it up monday to find after 10 mins it was running like a three-legged dog.. (it seems to be runing on 3 cylinders intermitently).. so I dropped it off again today.. in the meantime ive been driving my old ' 77 lancer around which seems to have starter-motor issues and a radiator leak - which means, im never quite sure if its going to want to start (but have been lucky) and she 'sizzles' for a while after stopping and drinks about as much water as I do (and thats alot!) ah well.. I've been thinking about other options for cars - might have to go do some tyre kicking..
